This is our second-ever Sip & Sew; a fun, monthly and on-going series of Sewcial classes. Join Laura as we pick out our kit, walk to a local, neighborhood establishment, and create a hand-sewn project in the company of others. This month we are making a hand-embroidered fabric ornament. This simple little project is perfect for the holiday season and allows for customization with a Choose-Your-Own-Adventure style of artistic choices.

Level: Beginner 

Sip & Sew is meant for all levels of sewists. The focus is more on community and less on experience. There may be an age requirement depending on the location our Sip & Sew ends up, so though all skill levels are welcome, attendee must be 18+.

Price: $20.00 + Kit
The price of Sip & Sew is $20.00 to register plus the price of the required kit. The kit will vary in price each month depending on what is involved. For the ornament, your kit includes the fabric, batting, thread, needle, and thimble. Cost of the kit is currently TBD, but will likely be $15 or less. Attendees are responsible for purchasing whatever food and beverages they desire at the determined location of the Sip & Sew. Be smart. Stay safe. Make good personal choices. Chateau Sew and any employees are not responsible for you.

Time: Friday, December 20th from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m.
Laura will likely depart around 7:30. Feel free to stay and hang out as long as you desire.

We offer this workshop for groups of three or more. Grab a couple friends and let us know what time works for you. We would love to work with you to host a workshop for your group.

Cancellation Policy: All cancellations or rescheduling must be made no later than end-of-business on the business day proceeding class.

We reserve the right to cancel due to low-enrollment. In case of cancellation by us, you may choose to be refunded or receive store credit for the amount paid at the time of registration and use the credit towards a future class within 6 months.

Payments must be made in advance to secure your spot. Each attendee requires their own registration.

No refunds or rescheduling for students who do not show or cancel the day of class.
