Join us for an hour and a half on Thursday, November 20th at 5:30pm to learn the basics of Free Motion Quilting. FMQ on a domestic sewing machine and be intimidating! Come try your hand at it in a low-pressure environment.

Level: Confident Beginner
This class is appropriate for anyone curious about FMQ. We will try our hands at two or three different FMQ motifs in a practice quilt sandwhich.

Price: $50.00
The cost of the class includes and hour and a half instruction in a small group setting, use of our sewing studio and tools, and a fat-quarter-sized, pre-basted quilt sandwhich to practice on. You are welcome to bring your own sewing machine, but you will need to have a free-motion or darning foot that fits your machine, along with the ability to drop your feed dogs. If you do not have these options, you can use one of the machines in the shop.

Time: Thursday, November 20th, from 5:30pm to 7pm.
Feel free to bring your drinks and snacks.

We offer this workshop for groups of three or more. Grab a couple friends and let us know what time works for you. We would love to work with you to host a workshop for your group.

Cancellation Policy: All cancellations or rescheduling must be made no less than 48 hours before the first class in this series. 

In case of cancellation by us, you may choose to be refunded or receive store credit for the amount paid at the time of registration and use the credit towards a future class within 6 months.

Payments must be made in advance to secure your spot.
