Zakka Sewn is the latest book from artist and fabric designer, Rashida Coleman-Hale. Laura is hosting a series of classes from this highly anticipated book. This month, she is teaching the Floral Wall-Hanging. This project is a great project to practice quilting, binding, and multiple applique techniques!

Attendees of this class need to already own or purchase the Zakka Sewn book for the pattern. A 20% discount on the book will be given to those who buy the book from the shop.

The Wall-hanging finishes around 12" x 18"

Level: Comfortable Beginner
This is a beginner-friendly class, however, the applique can serve as an extra challenge for those who are new the the techniques. This project also requires a small amount of quilting.

The cost of this class includes three hours instruction in a small, group setting, batting, and a discount on the required Zakka Sewn book and fabric.

Backing: Fat Quarter
Floral: 1 to 4 Fat-Eighths or scrpaps
Floral Wall-Hanging Templates (From Zakka Sewn Book)
Paper or cardstock for tracing templates

Time: Wednesday, June 17th from 5:30pm to 8pm

Each attendee requires their own registration. This class is geared for adults age 18 and up. Registrants will receive an email from hello@chateausew.com shortly (about a week) before class. Cancellation Policy: All cancellations or rescheduling must be made no later than 48 hours before the beginning of class. We reserve the right to cancel class due to low enrollment. In case of cancellation by us, you may choose to be refunded or receive store credit for the amount paid at the time of registration. No refunds or rescheduling for students who do not show or cancel withing 48 hours of the beginning of class.
