Join Joel to make the versatile Mondo Bag by Quiltsmart. Learn to use the printed interfacing to build a great bag that you can use for carrying quilts, overnight trips, beach trips or as a toy bag.

Level: Confident Beginner
Attendees registered for this class should have the following skills:
- be able to make a bobbin
- properly thread your machine
- and follow seam allowances

We will provide a quick review of the Bernette sewing machines in our classroom at the beginning of class, so no worries if you are a little rusty on the machines. You will use an iron to create your bag design on the interfacing provided in the pattern.

Price: $60.00 + Supplies
This price of this class includes:
- 8 hours of instruction in a small group setting,
- Use of the sewing studio, classroom machines, and tools.
- A 20% discount on supplies required for this class.

Requirements:
Students are required to provide or purchase:
- Enough fabric for (192) 2 1/2 squares of quilting cotton fabric for the outside of the bag
- 1 & 1/2 yards of quilting weight cotton for the lining
- The Mondo Bag pattern by Quilt Illustrated

Fabrics need to be cut into 2 & 1/2" squares before class begins

Feel free to bring your coffee and snacks, but please have a lid for your beverages.

Cancellation Policy: All cancellations or rescheduling must be made no later than 48 hours before the beginning of class. We reserve the right to cancel class due to low enrollment. In case of cancellation by us, you may choose to be refunded or receive store credit for the amount paid at the time of registration. No refunds or rescheduling for students who do not show or cancel withing 48 hours of the beginning of class.
