Join Laura for a Beginning Sewing Series, a four-session adult class over the course of two weeks. Class size is limited to six people, so you will be sure to get plenty of individualized attention. During our time together, you will learn to use a sewing machine and basic sewing tools, how to read a simple pattern, and beginner sewing techniques. We will make four different items together: a napkin, tote bag, a pillowcase, and lined zippered bag. After the class,  you will have the skills and confidence to move on to more advanced projects.

Level: Novice Beginners, no experience necessary

Price: $150.00 + Supplies
The cost of the class includes:
- 8 hours of instruction in a small group setting,
- Use of the sewing studio, classroom machines, and tools.
- A 20% discount on supplies required for this class.

Requirements:
The fabrics for this class are not included in the price, but you will receive a 20% discount on the supplies. Students can expect to spend $30 - $40 on materials, depending what is chosen.

Time: Wednesdays & Tuesday, August 19th, 20th, 26th & 27th from 5:45 p.m. - 7:45 p.m. 
Feel free to bring your dinner and/or snacks, but please have a lid for your beverages.

Fine Print: This class is geared for adults age 18 and up. Registrants will receive an email from hello@chateausew.com shortly (about a week) before class. Please monitor your spam and junk folders to avoid missing the email. If you think you have been missed, please do not hesitate to reach out to the shop.
Cancellation Policy: All cancellations or rescheduling must be made no later than 48 hours before the beginning of class. We reserve the right to cancel class due to low enrollment. In case of cancellation by us, you may choose to be refunded or receive store credit for the amount paid at the time of registration. No refunds or rescheduling for students who do not show or cancel withing 48 hours of the beginning of class.
