We are mentally and emotionally preparing ourselves for the best month of the year with this super cute, super fun, super spoopy Quilted Witch Hat! Bring a second-hand quilt that needs to be raised from the dead OR a pre-quilted half yard of fabric. This project can also be made with two half-yards of unquilted woven fabric. 

Level: Confident Beginner
This is a beginner-friendly class, however, the curves of the hat can be a challenge, and is not recommended for someone who has not completed a project recently. We will sew curves, follow consistent seam allowances, create and/or use bias binding tape

Price: $65
The cost of this class includes:
- 3 hours sewing instruction
- The witch hat pattern
- Use of classroom machines, tools, & space
- A 20% discount on required supplies

Requirements:
This project requires:
- Half-yard pre-quilted or the hat
- Half-yard for the lining (if not quilting)
- Two yards of wide bias tape for binding
- Fusible fleece and/or interfacing if not quilted

There is not time set aside for quilting your fabrics. If you quilt the hat in class, you will likely not finish in time.

Time: Friday, September 25th  5:30pm - 8:30pm
If you get hangry, feel free to bring/order dinner. Food and beverages are allowed in the classroom in respect is paid towards the machines, projects, and merchandise. Beverages must have a lid.

Fine Print: This class is geared for adults age 18 and up. Registrants will receive an email from hello@chateausew.com shortly (about a week) before class. Please monitor your spam and junk folders to avoid missing the email. If you think you have been missed, please do not hesitate to reach out to the shop.
Cancellation Policy: All cancellations or rescheduling must be made no later than 48 hours before the beginning of class. We reserve the right to cancel class due to low enrollment. In case of cancellation by us, you may choose to be refunded or receive store credit for the amount paid at the time of registration. No refunds or rescheduling for students who do not show or cancel withing 48 hours of the beginning of class.
