Join Laura on Saturday, September 19th from 3:30pm to 5:30pm to learn to use a sewing machine. We will be creating a lined tote bag while getting comfortable using the machine.

Level: No Experience Necessary
In this class, Laura will have the machines threaded and fabric cut out so that all you have to do is focus on sewing. This class is designed for folks to learn how to work the machine, and to understand some basic order of operations for sewing.

Price: $70.00
The cost of the class includes:
- Three hours instruction in a small group setting
- Use of our classroom machines, tools, & space
- Half-Yard canvas or quilting cotton for tote body
- Half-Yard quilting cotton for lining
- 1.75 yards webbing for handles

Requirements:
This class does not require any prior sewing knowledge. Attendees will need to let Laura know what fabrics and materials are needed 24 hours in advance of class. Fabrics will be cut out for attendees ahead of time. You are welcome to bring your own sewing machine, but it needs to be in good working order. We will not be able to troubleshoot machine problems during class. Classroom machines are provided if you do not own one.

Time: Saturday, September 19th from 3:30pm - 5:30pm
Feel free to being snacks or beverages. Beverages must have lids that close.

Fine Print: Each attendee must have their own registration. Payments must be made in advance to secure your spot. Shortly before class (about a week) you will receive an email with detailed information from hello@chateausew.com requesting your fabric choices. Please monitor your spam and junk mail folders to be sure not to miss it. If you feel you have missed it, do not hesitate to contact us.
Cancellation Policy: All cancellations or rescheduling must be made no less than 48 hours before the first class in this series. In case of cancellation by us, you may choose to be refunded or receive store credit for the amount paid at the time of registration. No refunds or rescheduling for students who do not show. We reserve the right to cancel due to low enrollment.
