Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your order. Please review our return policy below before initiating a return.
IMPORTANT: CUT YARDAGE
Chateau Sew & Sew does not accept returns on cut yardage.
Because fabric, and other items sold by the yard, are cut specifically to your requested length, all cut yardage sales are final unless we made an error or the product is defective.
If you believe you received incorrect or defective cut yardage, please contact us at hello@chateausew.com within seven (7) days of purchase.
ELIGIBLE RETURNS
For items other than cut yardage:

Returns must be postmarked within seven (7) days of the purchase date.

Items must be in new, unused condition.

All original packaging, tags, and labels must be attached.

Items must be unopened to qualify for a refund.
We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet these conditions.
REFUNDS & RESTOCKING FEE
Refunds are issued only for unopened merchandise that meets the return criteria above.
All approved refunds are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item for processing. Refunds may take 1–2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your card issuer. You will receive email confirmation once your return has been processed.
DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive a defective item or if we made an error with your order, please contact us at hello@chateausew.com within seven (7) days of purchase.
Upon verification, we will offer an exchange or full refund at the customer’s request.
RETURN PROCESS
To initiate a return, email hello@chateausew.com to obtain a Return Authorization.
After receiving authorization:

Place the item securely in its original packaging.

Include proof of purchase.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective item or an error on our part. In cases of defective or incorrect merchandise, return shipping charges will be paid or reimbursed by us.
